The primary purpose to collect this information when an order is made on our website or when you contact us via telephone or email is to provide our services to you. Your PI is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from authorised access, modification or disclosure.
When your PI is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it. However, most of the PI is or will be stored and kept by us for a minimum of seven years.
You may access the PI we hold and to update and/or correct it on request.
