Refund Policy
1. We stand by the products we sell on our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product and want to return for an exchange or refund, please read our Refund and Returns below to check that you are eligible for a return and send an email to admin@wildflowersrus.com to lodge your intention to return, with your invoice number.
2. If you are not happy with the item you purchased, you must return the item within 14 calendar days of it being delivered to you. Returns lodged outside the 14 day period will not be accepted.
3. We will email you back within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility of your return and advise you of any processing fees.
4. Non-refundable Shipping Charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Where items have been shipped to you under a free offer, our actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. We will advise you of this amount when you lodged your intention to return an item.
5. All items must be returned in original re-sellable condition for a refund or credit. All items that are washed and damaged will not be accepted as a complete return. It is only fair that we must ensure that we can resell your returned item as brand new.
6. When you are returning an item, please enclose a copy of your tax invoice or confirmation email as proof of purchase.
7. Once your item has been received, we will check to determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your order for your return to be processed.
8. If you are eligible for a return, we will notify you via email and will refund your item at the purchase price, minus any incurred shipping costs and any processing fees, to the original method of payment.
9. If you have purchased reduced or sales or promotional items, these are not eligible for return.
